Refund Policy

Refunds

All refunds must be authorized and approved by staff of Shorewood Restaurant & Bar (aka Shorewood Market & Cafe) prior to the end of the same day as the original transaction in question. Physical proof of original transaction is required at the time of the refund is requested. Refunds for products that have left the building at any point will not be offered or honored. Refunds for partially or fully consumed or used products are not offered or honored, except for in extenuating circumstances (see section "Extenuating Circumstances - Refunds" for more information). Refunds will be returned in the same method of payment as the original transaction, either partially or in full at the discretion of Shorewood Restaurant & Bar staff and/or management. Electronic refunds may take 72 hours or longer to process depending on your financial institution.

Returns

Shorewood Restaurant & Bar (aka Shorewood Market & Cafe) does not offer returns on any items after the end of the same business day as the original purchase. Returns on used, worn, partially or fully consumed items are strictly against policy for health and sanitation reasons. Returned items may include: unopened wine, beer, soda, candy, chips, water, or any other sealed, unopened or unused item purchased from the establishment. All returns are honored with either an exchange or refund at the discretion of Shorewood Restaurant & Bar staff. For all returns relating to a health, sanitation, or food-safety related situations, please contact the establishment Thursday - Saturday between 3:00PM and 9:00PM via phone. Exhcanges

Customers may exchange any sealed, unopened, unused items purchased from the establishment prior to the end of the same business day as the original transaction. Exchanges on used, worn, partially or fully consumed items are strictly against policy for health and sanitation reasons. Returned items may include: unopened wine, beer, soda, candy, chips, water, or any other sealed, unopened or unused item purchased from the establishment. All items may be exchanged for another similar item of equal or lesser value at the discretion of Shorewood Restaurant & Bar staff. Extenuating Circumstances - Refunds

These refund requests may only be honored with special consideration from management within six (10) days of the original transaction. These return requests may only be honored with special consideration from management within six (4) days of the original transaction.
